Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

A flat rate delivery fee of $11 AUD applies to all orders. Delivery fees and shipping terms are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns & Refunds

We take care to ensure all teeth whitening gel orders are packed securely and dispatched in good condition.

Refunds or replacements are available only for orders that are lost in transit or arrive damaged.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of your order and provide your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, delayed delivery by the carrier, or opened products.
